Bylaw subcommittee’s meeting time will remain Wednesday night from 5:45-7 p.m. We will meet every other week. Meetings are open and will generally take place in Bates Meeting Room.
Meeting Notes 10/15:
In attendance: Kara Rota (Parliamentarian), Aiden Bussey, Pamela Packer, Lily Harris.
In this meeting, we made a list of bylaws that need to be changed or examined within the year. Then we worked on some specific bylaws to bring to the next few General Senate meetings.
At the next Senate meeting after October study days, Bylaw will be bringing proposed changes to the bylaws concerning club liaison requirements, as well as some smaller changes that involve changed terminology, wording, misprints, etc. At the Senate meeting after that one, we will bring proposed changes and clarifications to the attendance policy.
