Homecoming
Door Prizes at the game:
General consensus is to not give anything away due to the fundraising nature of the event.
Lily feels that there shouldn’t be a monetary pressure on students concerning the door prizes.
Budget for door prizes:
2 dozen Green Noisemaker sticks ($11.98)
3 dozen Green Inflatable hands ($23.97)
Shipping: $8.95
Total: $43.98
Passes with unanimous consent.
Dance
Should the dance be held in the Blue Room only OR both the Blue Room and the Basement?
Voting Results: 3 – 2 in favor for having the dance held in the Blue Room only.
The Basement will be used for taking homecoming photographs from 10pm-11:30pm and will also be a water station for the students. The dance will be held from 10pm-2am in the Blue Room with set-up at 8:30pm.
Music DJ: Elizabeth will email Varsity (Jesse Parnell and company)
Decorations:
• Christmas Lights on the piping
• Streamers
• Banners/Signs for Pictures at $5 per print
• Streamers and balloons on railing down the hill (need to talk to Student Life)
Banner has been approved at Student Life for November 7th-November 14th.
