Getting Our Eight Years Back

It’s the eve of one of the most historically important U.S. presidential elections, so I thought I’d throw a little chart your way to brighten up the mood (or dishearten, depending on who you’re voting for). Courtesy of the good fellows at FiveThirtyEight:

Not convinced? Andrew Sullivan echoes the sentiment.

Whatever the outcome, Sarah Lawrence will be brimming with election cheer all day. All members of the SLC community are invited to stop by Election Headquarters (under the South Lawn tent) to watch updates, as well as attend the Election Day Party beginning at 8 pm (and sponsored by the Student Engagement Fund). Most importantly, though, shuttles will be running from Westlands Gate to the local polling station every half hour, beginning at 11 am and lasting until 8 pm. If you’re registered in New York, don’t hesitate—get out and vote!
