Chair’s Report
We will be talking about Auction. More importantly, we need to discuss auction time because we found out there is a class conflict for the time/date we want. Either shortening silent auction time to 5pm on OR change it to Friday, February 20th, 2009 (5pm-Midnight).
We also need to discuss advertising for donations and for the auction itself.
Deadline for donations: February 1st 2009

Originally we didn’t pick Friday due to concerns over conflicts with competing events.

Contact well known alumni for signed objects.
Ask all club chairs for donations.
Alumni calendar- email.
Elizabeth will ask Mary for staff and faculty emails.
There will be two bake sales coming up. December 10th and December 13th.
